Develop a Mental Health toolkit whilst connecting with others. Join a small group for 8 weekly sessions of tips and strategies for improving mental health and wellbeing, and trying out a range of wellbeing activities together.
Where and when? We have 2 groups starting on January 17th: We'll be in Neuadd Tysul Hall in Llandysul from 10am to 12.00, and in Hengwrt in Llandeilo from 2pm to 4pm.
