Develop a Mental Health toolkit whilst connecting with others. Join a small group for 8 weeks of tips and strategies for improving wellbeing and trying out different wellbeing activities. 

Where and when? We will be meeting at Whitland Memorial Hall, Market Street, Whitland, SA34 0QB for 8 weeks on Thursday mornings from 10.00 to 12.00 from June 6th, 2024.
