Basics of mental health.

This is part of a series of awareness raising sessions. Each session focusses on a different aspect of mental health. Facilitated by Tim Teeling, from the West Wales Action for Mental Health (WWAMH) the session provides an opportunity to learn about each topic and to ask questions and engage in discussion.

Compassion in mental health

This is an hour-long session and will be delivered on zoom, cost FREE.

Places are limited so please book early.

Please note that a charge will apply for late cancellations.
