Bipolar UK offers peer support groups which meet online and also a one-to-one telephone and e mail advice peer service. These are for people with bipolar (or who think they may have bipolar), their families, loved ones and carers.
Our online peer (Zoom) support groups are free to anyone 18 or over (16 with a parent or guardian):
- a Combined Wales Support Group on the 1st Thursday of each month 4:30pm-5:30pm
- a National Support Group on the 2nd Tuesday of each month 12:30pm - 1:30pm
- a Womens 'Support Group on the 4th Monday of each month 12:30pm - 1:30pm
- a Mens' Support Group on the 3rd Tuesday of each month 12:30pm - 1:30 pm
- a Family and Friends Support Group on the 1st Friday of each month 2pm-3pm
