Free monthly gathering at The Green Health Hub, Cynefin with Coed Lleol.

10-1pm

Open to all adults, 16 plus.

Expect a camp fire, cuppa and snacks, and have a go at Bushcraft skills and Whittling with Andrew. 
No experience or talent necessary, and we provide the equipment. 

Meet new people, have fun, enjoy the natural setting, take some time out for yourself and support your wellbeing.
