Age Cymru Dyfed's Connecting Carmarthenshire information service is for older people/adults with physical disabilities. Find out ... what the service offers, how it could help you, and what's going on in your area. Our friendly, informative team will be at: The Black Mountain Centre, Cwmgarw Road, Brynamman, Ammanford, SA18 1BU on Friday, 19th January  2024 between 10 am and 2 pm. Come along and say hello!
