A Community Engagement Project Worker will be offering free advice and signposting to anyone within the community (age 18 years and over, and 16 years and over for housing advice). 

We can signpost you to housing and benefit support or help you build meaningful social or wellbeing connections that positively impact your life. 

Also pick up a free dementia leafet to support Dementia Action Week.
