Connecting Carmarthenshire is a preventative support service based in Carmarthenshire offering free advice,  signposting and support to anyone within the county (age 18 years or over for general needs and 16 years or over for housing needs). 

Call into the Hwb Ammanford, and ask for assistance with finding the right person, for housing or benefits support, through to building new social contacts.
