13 Oct            Physical activity session – Delyth Owens form Actif Leisure will be encouraging us to move a little more and have fun at the same time.  What does she have in store for us this month?

Group:    Carmarthen Arthritis Support Group

Where:   Methodist church hall, Carmarthen SA31 1QG

When:     2ND Friday in the month – 10.30am – 12noon

Our friendly and fun sessions are based around health information, peer support and low impact exercise (standing or seated), for anyone with arthritis, MSK or related conditions e.g., fibromyalgia, lupus and gout. FREE and Everyone is welcome.

So come along, meet new people and find out more about the group.
