Carmarthenshire Covid 19 Field Hospitals Volunteers required

Volunteers required to assist in setting up the furniture and equipment in the 4 field hospitals

Carmarthenshire County Council is working in partnership with the Hywel Dda Health Board, Parc y Scarlets and Llanelli Town Council to deliver additional hospital beds to help treat patients with Covid 19. These additional beds are being provided in 4 temporary field hospitals in Llanelli and Carmarthen.

The location of the 4 field hospitals are:

Parc y Scarlets, Llanelli

Selwyn Samuel Centre, Llanelli

Llanelli Leisure Centre

Carmarthen Leisure Centre

When volunteers will be needed?

We are seeking volunteers to assist in setting up the furniture and equipment in the 4 field hospitals between Tuesday 14^th April and Friday 17^th April.

Voluntees will be required between the hours of 9am and 5pm on each day.

Volunteers can provide assistance everyday or on individual days.

What will volunteers be required to do?

Volunteers will be required to help unload deliveries, unpack and assemble furniture and equipment in the field hospitals.

Minimum age:

All volunteers must be over 18 years old
