Pobl Group is a leading provider of care and support services to people living in Wales.
 
We have decades of experience and a team with expertise in supporting and promoting the independence of the most vulnerable. We are focused on the individual & deliver services that promote independence, preserve dignity and show respect.
 
We offer supported accommodation, floating support, home care, dementia-specific nursing care & residential care for people with complex mental ill-health. By building relationships in communities we truly enable people to live the life they want.
 
As a large, diverse group we are uniquely placed to join with others to create positive change in the delivery of Support, Housing and Care across Wales. Pobl believes in creating trusting, resilient partnerships and believes that people with lived experience are the experts and are best placed to shape and guide the way our services operate.
