Dewis Cymru is the place to go if you want information or advice about your well-being – or want to know how you can help somebody else. When we talk about your well-being, we don’t just mean your health. We mean things like where you live, how safe and secure you feel, getting out and about, and keeping in touch with family and friends.
No two people are the same and well-being means different things to different people. So Dewis Cymru is here to help you find out more about what matters to you.
We’ve got information that can help you think about what matters to you, and we’ve also got information about people and services in your area that can help you with the things that matter to you.
InfoEngine is the directory of third sector services in Wales. InfoEngine highlights a wide variety of excellent voluntary and community services that are able to provide information and support so that you can make an informed choice.
Infoengine is provided by Third Sector Support Wales, a partnership of County Voluntary Councils and Wales Council for Voluntary Action.
If you’ve got a service that helps people with their well-being, you can add your details to Dewis Cymru or InfoEngine, so that the people who you want to help and support can find you more easily. It doesn’t matter how big or small you are, or whether you’re volunteers - if you help people with their well-being, Dewis Cymru and Info Engine wants to know about you and about what you do, so that we can put people in touch with you!
Dewis Cymru yw’r lle i fynd os ydych am wybodaeth neu gyngor ar eich lles – neu os ydych am wybod sut allwch chi helpu rhywun arall. Pan fyddwn yn sôn am eich lles, nid dim ond am eich iechyd fyddwn ni’n sôn. Rydym yn golygu pethau fel ble rydych yn byw, pa mor ddiogel a saff rydych yn teimlo, mynd o gwmpas, a chadw mewn cysylltiad â’ch teulu a’ch ffrindiau.
Nid oes unrhyw ddau berson yr un peth, ac mae lles yn meddwl gwahanol bethau i wahanol bobl. Felly, mae Dewis Cymru yma i’ch helpu i ddarganfod mwy am yr hyn sy’n bwysig i chi.
Mae gennym wybodaeth a all eich helpu i feddwl am yr hyn sy’n bwysig i chi, a hefyd mae gennym wybodaeth am bobl a gwasanaethau yn eich ardal, a all eich helpu gyda’r pethau sy’n bwysig i chi.
InfoEngine yw’r cyfeirlyfr o wasanaethau trydydd sector yng Nghymru. Mae InfoEngine yn tynnu sylw at amrywiaeth eang o wasanaethau gwirfoddol a chymunedol ardderchog, sy’n gallu darparu gwybodaeth a chymorth, fel y gallwch chi wneud dewis gwybodus.
Darperir Infoengine gan Cefnogi Trydydd Sector Cymru, sef partneriaeth o Gynghorau Gwirfoddol Sirol a Chyngor Gweithredu Gwirfoddol Cymru.
Os oes gennych wasanaeth sy’n helpu pobl gyda’u lles, gallwch ychwanegu eich manylion at Dewis Cymru neu InfoEngine, fel bod y bobl rydych am eu helpu a’u cefnogi yn gallu dod o hyd i chi’n haws. Nid oes ots pa mor fach neu fawr yw eich gwasanaeth, neu eich bod yn wirfoddolwyr - os ydych yn helpu pobl gyda’u lles, mae Dewis Cymru ac InfoEngine eisiau gwybod amdanoch chi ac am yr hyn rydych yn ei wneud, fel y gallwn roi pobl mewn cysylltiad â chi!
