??World Mental Health Awareness Week ??
This years theme is “Movement: Moving more for our mental health”.
Join us FREE, and experience how moving and even flying can support wellbeing.
Thursday 16th May, 1-3pm - Join Kelly for a fun drop in style drawing/ painting session with music. Move that paint brush and see those brush strokes come to life Oriel Bevan Jones Gallery in Carmarthen. Free cuppa, cake and fruit too and find out more about our dance programme.
Friday 17th May, 2-3pm - Join Angharad for her amazing grounded aerial workshop, make shapes in the air while hooked to a bungee, feel that rush of flying with your feet firmly on the ground (or not if you so wish!) Studio 17
Sessions are free for anyone who has experienced or recovering from mental ill health as an extension of our Creative Communities project, supporting creativity and wellbeing.
Places are limited so do book ASAP to avoid disappointment.
