There are so many reasons to join Girlguiding! We offer a safe, girl-only space in which your child can build confidence, learn new skills and discover who they want to be. We’ve got an action-packed programme with something for every girl, and we work to be truly girl-led in everything we do.

How registration works
- Register your interest – we'll ask for your contact details and a few key pieces of information about your child.
- Choose the best unit for you – we'll use your details to suggest several local units. Then it's up to you to choose the most convenient one. You can select up to 3 choices.
- We'll get in touch – someone from your chosen unit will contact you. They'll aim to get back to you within 3 weeks. They can explain to you about meetings times, costs ((‘subs’) will vary from area to area.), what's planned for the term and if there's a waiting list.
- Try guiding out – if spaces are available, the unit will arrange a trial meeting for your child to attend. This gives you both an idea of what guiding is all about – we're sure you'll love it!
