Join us for a litter pick and wildlife walk that's been arranged to celebrate Volunteers’ Week, along the Lliedi River, Felinfoel. Everybody is welcome! All equipment will be provided.
Date: Tuesday 31st May
Time: 2pm
Meeting point: By the water wheel / Phil Bennett statues (opposite Holy Trinity Church) in Felinfoel
We will be clearing the areas around the Baptist Pool (one of Europe’s oldest) and further along the Lliedi River. Wildlife enthusiasts will also be on hand to tell us all about our wonderful local biodiversity.
There will be soft drinks and snacks to have after the litter pick, and volunteers will be able to receive a 15% discount voucher for entry to the Wildfowl and Wetlands Trust (Penclacwydd).
