We are Ángela and Tico and we offer Qi Gong meetings in nature, in different locations in Carmarthenshire.

The art of Qi Gong is a way of alligning and connecting gentle, circular movements with the breath's very own rhythm in several standing positions.

These so-called images are easy to remember, because they allude to natural appearances.
In our meetings we invite you to experience some balanced sets of these.

No previous experience is needed.

We collect donations according to your possibilities.

The meetings take place in Green Castle Woods on 1st, 3rd (+5th) Wednesday, in Kidwelly Quay on 1st, 3rd (+5th), and Llansteffan Castle on 2nd and 4th Tuesday of the month. Starting time is at 17.00, please arrive 10 minutes before.

For registration and registration in advance, please feel free to contact us,
Ángela and Tico.
