Our Carmarthenshire branch has joined the NAS initiative of facilitating peer support groups for autistic adults.
This project aims to support autistic adults to form and run their own social groups. We know autistic individuals will often experience feelings of loneliness and isolation.
By setting up or just attending a peer social group, you will be in a safe environment where you can be yourself and meet others with similar interest and life experience.
Our fourth meeting is being held on the 11th of October this will be an opportunity to meet with our volunteers, to socialise with other members and to find out what our group wants and needs.
