Pembrokeshire and Carmarthen Mind exist to provide mental health services at our centres and in community venues to make getting support as easy as possible.
By the end of the session, participants may:
- Better understand what self-talk is
- Feel less alone or ashamed about their inner experiences
- Notice how self-talk affects their mental health
- Learn gentle ways to respond to unhelpful self-talk
- Leave with at least one supportive phrase or tool
