This session explores the importance of supporting volunteers, sharing ideas of how to keep them engaged remotely and discussing challenges.

Moving to delivering services to clients online has been challenging for many network centres, and this can also be the case whilst keeping in touch with volunteers. However, supporting volunteers remotely gives a chance to try new approaches and can be much more inclusive. This interactive session explores the importance of supporting volunteers, sharing lots of ideas of how to keep them engaged remotely and where challenges and ideas are discussed with other network partners.
