Walking group on a Tuesday and Thursday morning run by Actif staff from the Leisure Centre. 

Meet in car park (back of the Leisure Centre at 9.30 am)

walk will be along the Millennium Coastal path. 

There is a form that will be completed on the first week. 

Finishing time : 11.30 am

Refreshments afterwards in the café in the Leisure Centre if they wish.  There is no cost, but people pay for their own refreshments afterwards.  People attend with their PA’s
