This online session will explore what can cause issues with sleep, the impact of poor sleep and how anxiety and stress impact on sleep.

Are you experiencing difficulties with getting to sleep or staying asleep?

Many people with epilepsy are anxious about sleep. Sleep is an essential part of physical and mental health. We can all experience issues getting a good night's sleep and struggle to feel well if we have sleep problems.

Join us to learn the tips you can use to improve both your sleep, and your wellbeing. The good news is if your sleep is improved, you are likely to see improvements in your wellbeing too.

The event is free to attend, but booking is essential to reserve your place. Just click the orange ‘Get tickets’ button.

You do not need to have your camera or microphone on. Just come along and listen.
