The Homeless LocalLink app (developed by Homeless Pembrokeshire/Carmarthenshire) is a recently launched, in-house web app designed as a one-stop shop for people in need, supporting organisations, and citizens. It lists local services, provides vital survival information, offers real-time reporting of street situations, and helps connect people to aid.
