Carmarthenshire Carers Information Service held their Carers Rights Day event on Thursday 23rd of November at Parc y Scarlets, Llanelli.
Our guest speaker Anna Bird from Hywel Dda Health Board opened the event. Four workshops were available to attend:

Honey Legal provided one to one sessions on legal advice. Honey Legal
Yoga sessions, Welsh Cake making, and Christmas Crafts were available throughout the day.
Organisations joined us with Information Stands to provide information and support within the Community.
