CAVS Acknowledges Volunteers

As a volunteer with Kidwelly Community

Malaki is a true star of our community: his initiative, dedication and public spirit belie a young man who selflessly litter picks on a daily basis. He has such a conscientious and mature outlook. Whilst only being eight years old he is already a huge environmentalist and will approach ‘littering adults’ to explain why we need to look after the earth and keep it clean.  He is a wonderful boy and must bring both pleasure and pride to his family.  He goes out in all sorts of weather, with his litter picker he asked for Christmas, with a huge smile on his face. Malaki is showing people of all ages that if we all pull together we can keep our area and beyond a cleaner and safer place for the wildlife, and us all.

Malaki is a volunteering star and we should all aspire to shine so brightly.
