I work for Carmarthenshire Association of Voluntary Services (CAVS) as the Helath & Wellbeing Officer.  My role includes working with organsiations to ensure that we are supporting communities and individuals across the county.

Organise the Health and Wellbeing Group Network meetings to join like minded people and encourage people to work together.

I also coordinate the administration of CUSP, Carmarthenshire United Support Project bringing together 9 organsiations to work together in partnership.  

(CUSP could provide you with the support you need to help increase your wellbeing and further develop your independence so you feel more confident in day to day life.)

Currently coordinating Telephone Befriending scheme during Covid - 19
