We are the first aid charity for Wales. We rely on donations to carry out our lifesaving work.

Our dedicated frontline staff and volunteers tirelessly contribute to creating a safer environment in Wales. They play a vital role in delivering first aid treatment and training within local communities, while also providing valuable support to our emergency services. 

Throughout our century-long journey, we take great pride in being the pioneers of the ambulance service in Wales. Our commitment to serving the community has seen us through numerous challenges and many a crisis, including the Aberfan disaster and the Covid-19 pandemic. In tough times such as these, as the first aid charity for Wales we have been there, offering unwavering support. But it's not just the challenging moments that define us. We have also experienced moments of celebration and triumph. One such occasion was being present as first aiders on the sidelines when Wales clinched their 10th Grand Slam victory. Being able to provide assistance to the enthusiastic crowds in such a momentous event was truly memorable. 

We believe that together, with your help, we can be the difference between a life lost and a life saved.
