I work for Pobl Group, as a Housing and Wellbeing Advisor, and cover the West (NPT, Swansea, Carmarthenshire and Pembrokeshire). My role involves working with Pobl customers to help them re-imagine their future, exploring their unmet wellbeing needs, wants and desires to help them build resilience in their homes. 

I am keen to connect, network and build strong workin relationships with other professionals to provide a vast offer for our customers.
