Carmarthenshire Working is a funded project within Carmarthenshire County Council who aim to support people into employment.
The programme is delivered by our dedicated team, located in the Council HWBs in the 3 main towns of Carmarthenshire (Carmarthen, Llanelli, and Ammanford). We offer intensive and wrap around 1-1 support by our team of mentors and Employment Liaison Officers to move people closer to mainstream provision and to gain and retain employment.

- Writing CV's and completing application forms
- Finding local job vacancies to match your skills
- Access to relevant training opportunities
- Volunteering opportunities
- A paid work opportunity with a local employer
