We are a friendship group endeavouring to enhance the well-being and sustainability of unpaid carers providing coffee mornings and events.

Carmarthenshire Carers Forum

We are predominantly a friendship group endeavouring to enhance the well-being and sustainability of upaid carers and ex-carers in the Carmarthenshire area. We provide informal events such as coffee mornings, buffet lunches or more formal County Wide Events with a meal, free raffle and guest speakers. We aim to give members happy, social events to look forward to as a relief from loneliness, isolation and despair many unpaid carers face. We provide opportunities for carers to connect with other carers and professionals, to enable them to share experiences and voice opinions in a friendly, safe environment. We also provide a quarterly newsletter for our members that reaches out to those unable to attend our events, providing information and signposting to relevant organisations.
