Dementia Advocate Age Cymru
I am the Dementia Advocate for Age Cymru in Dyfed. We provide non statutory advocacy for anyone suffering from dementia or memory problems and their Carers.
We are a free service and can help with issues around care packages, housing, hospital discharge, access to healthcare, and a number of other issues. So, if you or someone you care for is suffering from dementia and you feel you are not being heard in a process you are going through, then just get in contact by emailing me on: [email protected] and I’ll see if I can help.
