Every Monday at Whitland Memorial Hall. 

10am Chair Exercise To Music - A chair-based exercise class gently enhancing balance, coordination, and mobility.

11am Mindful Stretch and Balance - A class designed to improve stability, flexibility, and overall wellbeing. 

Both classes are suitable for all ages and abilities.

£7 for one class, £10 for two classes.
