Connecting Carmarthenshire Service Description
Connecting Carmarthenshire is a preventative support service offering information, advice & support to people living throughout the county. The service is provided by third sector agencies who have come together to form a partnership, providing a central point of contact for people to be able access information, and specialist support in places and at times of their choice.
The service offers face to face information, advice and support in community buildings outdoor spaces, web-based services, and over the telephone. It works with local people to build an understanding of all the services & community group activities available in their local area, developing and strengthening new and existing networks of support and community led initiatives.
