Community Home Support Service was successfully Re-launched!

The Community Home Support Service (CHSS) has been officially re-launched in Carmarthenshire, continuing to provide free, short-term practical support to help people live safely and independently at home at a time of crisis.

Delivered in partnership between Carers Trust Crossroads West Wales, Human Support Group, Care Cymru, and Carmarthenshire County Council, the service ensures countywide coverage.
