We are holding FREE online and face-to-face sessions all across Carmarthenshire, Ceredigion and Pembrokeshire, to raise awareness around Kindness.
From Kindness in the Community to Kindness in the Workplace, we will be highlighting the benefits of Kindness and how it can truly play a big part in your life.
Everyone who attends a session can download a digital badge or if you attend a face-to-face session, you will receive a limited edition Connect to Kindness badge, to continue awareness and support for the campaign.
