I suffer with fibromialgia and occipital neuralgia but try to enjoy life as much as possible. I adore my little dog , Dolly, who walks with my husband on his mobility scooter each morning, when he's able to.

My partner and I are both retired ,65 and 63.

Both able to drive, willing to help where we can.

Shopping, collect medicines, drive to hospital ect.

I am available to do deliveries, help out with food distributions, anything needed really 7 days a week in the local community

I have a salon, and teach classes in Llanelli area. I have worked with gwalia young adults as a support assistant, and also worked with CYCA. I am looking to volunteer as and when required.
