What did you like most about the event?

Always a good opportunity to network – Y Ardd

Premises was a little on the small side but adequate for the number of attendees today any larger numbers would have been uncomfortable – suggestion would be to utilise the village Hall in Pencader – Llandysul Community Police

Not knowing anything about our service – Carer’s Trust

It was mainly raising awareness of what our service offer, and other services. Changing the perspective on services – Mind Carmarthen-

Sharing Information / Remote living – Delta Wellbeing

Free course and domestic abuse support – Threshold Das

Community concerns around speeding discussed, Warm Space service, Fraud, Vulnerability and loneliness and domestic abuse – Llandysul Community Police

Wellbeing and preventative services in the locality – Nacro Connecting Carmarthenshire

Can you give an example of how you helped a citizen on the day?

Offered the opportunity to volunteer at Y Ardd Community Garden – Y Ardd

I signposted one to Nacro Housing and another to Mencap Helpline – Mencap Cymru

Given a mum of children with additional learning needs information about short breaks – Carer’s Trust

Give badges, handed out leaflets and mentioned 11-18yrs support and active monitoring – Mind Carmarthen

Discussion on courses – Threshold Das

The information promoted today was based around providing information and advice on domestic violence and abuse.  Spoke to one attendee with concerns for a friend.  Information and posters advising on reporting and Ask Angela campaign provided – Llandysul Community Police.

Self-referral received from a citizen who is homeless – Nacro Connecting Carmarthenshire
