3. Process

Once a micro-commissioning application has been submitted it is immediately circulated amongst Connecting Carmarthenshire steering group partners, who will assess the application against a set of measures. The application is then discussed and appraised at the next scheduled steering group meeting after which the decision to support/not support the application is made based on a majority voting procedure.

All applicants are notified of the decision within 2 days of the steering group meeting by the Lead Providers of Connecting Carmarthenshire.

Connecting Carmarthenshire aims to respond to all applications received in a timely manner. There may be occasions when this means an application is assessed by an electronic voting process if time is of critical importance.

Each organisation represented at the Connecting Carmarthenshire Steering Group has one vote.
