Life Seeker

Welcome to Life Seeker - a resource dedicated to positive, sustainable living in West Wales.

Within the pages of their digital newsletter is lots of inspiration to make small changes that impact positively on your life, whilst their Facebook group seeks to provide a mechanism for everyone to share what lifestyle choices work for them.

The LifeSeeker website, (known as the positive Lifestyle Hub) is full to bursting with stories, information and resources to help you seek out the very best of West Wales living.

Gathering stories from across the three Counties, Life Seeker showcases the very best of community life and info on local projects and activities for people to join and create their own positive contributions.

Take 'The Smile Files' for example - within this section there are many feelgood stories from all across West Wales showcasing the brightest and best projects around. Read inspirational stories about personal journeys that have led to positive outcomes - click the picture above to find out more!!

For a more general look at what the Life Seeker community have been up to, check out this link where you can access all the editions of the newsletter so far! You may even find some one you recognise in a previous issue!

Life Seeker is all about positive wellbeing and they, like us, subscribe to the 5 Ways of Wellbeing - 5 ways that you can improve your personal wellbeing and find your own pathway to positivity. These include Connecting, Being Active, Keep Learning, Take Notice and Giving. Life Seeker haven't just taken the 5 ways as is....oh no, they've proactively added a 6th way...follow this link to find out more!

Remember, if you have a story to tell (or you knows someone who does) or you'd like to promote your group/project or goal, think about Life Seeker - it may be the most positive thing you can do!
